Wayzata’s Nelko, Maple Grove Team Claim Golf Titles
Wayzata’s Tristan Nelko won the individual title and the Maple Grove boys won the team title at the state class AAA golf tournament.
Nelko followed his opening round 68 with a 71 for a 139 total to win by four strokes.
Maple Grove entered round two in second place but got solid rounds throughout the lineup to win by seven.
Nate Adams placed tenth for the Crimson, while Dylan Hanson, Payton Miller and Josh Galvin tied for 15th.
