Wayzata Volleyball Wins Again; Tops Lakeville South
The Wayzata volleyball team won its 59th straight match, spanning nearly three years, as the Trojans defeated Lakeville South in four sets.
Wayzata won sets one and two by scores of 25-15 and 25-19 before the Cougars won the third set 25-19.
But the Trojans closed out the match with a 25-14 win in the fourth set.
Wayzata (5-0) is ranked first in Class 4A and plays in the Southwest Minnesota Challenge in Marshall this weekend.
