Wayzata Volleyball Sweeps Hopkins
The Wayzata volleyball team swept Hopkins Thursday to earn a spot in the Section 5AAAA championship match.
The 5th-seeded Royals (18-11) played the Trojans tough in each of the first two sets, but losing 25-21 in both.
The top-seeded and top-ranked Trojans though easily won the third set 25-8 to win their 30th match of the season without a loss.

Wayzata faces second-seeded Champlin Park (24-6) for the section title Wednesday night at Osseo High School.
The Trojans have defeated the Rebels twice this season.
