Wayzata Girls Tennis Team is Ready to Serve Up a Winner
The players on the Wayzata girls tennis team are thrilled to just have a season.
Like fall athletes in all sports, they were crossing their fingers that COVID-19 wouldn’t wipe out their chance to play this fall.
The Trojans are excited to play, and they also are excited about the chance for a strong season.
They return ten players from a team that won the Section 5AA title to reach the state tournament last season.
Matches get started this week. The Trojans host Delano Thursday.
