Wayzata Girls Tennis Sweeps Delano

The Wayzata girls tennis team earned a 7-0 win over Delano in an important matchup against a fellow Section 5AA team.

The Trojans were led by Joy Zhou (4-6, 6-2, 10-5) in first singles along with Zhaoyi Zhong (6-3, 6-2) who made quick work in second singles.

Leading the way in doubles was Kate Walbourn and Nikole Nazarevych (6-2, 7-5) who earned a win in first doubles and Avika Hasti and Saanvi Byrapinenni (6-2, 6-2) took care of business in second doubles.

The Trojans improved to 7-1 on the season with the win.
