Wayzata Girls Tennis Defeats St. Cloud Tech, Keeps Perfect 7-0 Record
The Wayzata girls tennis team kept their perfect winning streak to start the season in tact with a 6-1 win over St. Cloud Tech.
The Trojans earned a big win in first singles with Shriya Singh defeating Paige Tarrolly, 6-1, 6-4.
Joy Zhou also took care of June Streit in second singles, 6-2, 6-4.
Zhaoyi Zhong and Caroline Angel earned a 6-0, 6-1 win in first doubles and the tandem of Nikole Nazarevych and Laksha Rajesh secured a straight sets win in second doubles.
Wayzata is now 7-0 this season.
