Wayzata Girls Soccer Captures 6AA Title
Abby Brantner and Dana Bruer scored two goals apiece to lead the Wayzata girls soccer team to a 6-0 shut out of Minneapolis Southwest to win the Section 6AA championship.
Bruer scored the first goal of the match just 80 seconds into the first half to get the Trojans rolling. Maddie Drasher and Reagan Gerber scored the other goals for the Trojans.
Wayzata (10-3-1) won their final six matches of the season. There is no state tournament for soccer this year.
