Wayzata Girls Hockey Skates Past NWC
The Wayzata girls hockey team rallied from a 2-0 deficit to defeat North Wright County 5-2 Tuesday night.
Sydney Lemke scored two first period goals to give the Knights a 2-0 lead after one period.
Gretchen Branton and Addy Hackley scored goals in the second period to tie the game for the Trojans.
Sloane Matthews scored 52 seconds into the third period to give Wayzata the lead for good.
Sara Aadelen scored two more goals to give the Trojans their first Lake Conference in five games.
