Wayzata Boys Swimming Falls to Eden Prairie
The Wayzata boys swimming and diving team lost to Eden Prairie 118-67 in the final Lake Conference meet of the season for both teams.
Eden Prairie’s Alex Deng set pool records in both the 200 Yard Individual Medley and the 100 Yard Breaststroke races.
Wayzata scored first place finishes from Matt Gendreau in the 200 yard freestyle, Nick Kale in the 50 free, and Henry Ross in diving.
Section meets for both teams are scheduled for the second weekend in March.
Wayzata’s final regular season meet is Tuesday night at St. Louis Park.
