Wayzata Boys Basketball Edges Armstrong in OT

The Wayzata boys basketball team edged Armstrong 56-54 in an overtime battle in the Section 6AAAA quarterfinals.

Camden Heide scored off an inbounds play with one second left in overtime to win it for the Trojans.

Heide scored 21 points and helped the Trojans overcome a ten-point deficit in the second half.

The win for Wayzata reversed a late-season loss to Armstrong.

The fifth-seeded Trojans now face top seed Hopkins in the semifinals Friday.

Cooper meets St. Louis Park in the other semifinal.
