Wayzata Baseball Set for Playoffs After Strong Regular Season
The Wayzata baseball team had high hopes coming into the season and they have lived up to expectations so far.
The Trojans enter their regular season finale Thursday against Eden Prairie with a perfect 19-0 record.
They will be the top seed for the Section 6AAAA tournament, which begins Saturday.
The Trojans knew they had an outstanding pitching staff but the team has hit even better than expected, with a lineup full of .300 hitters.
