Wayzata Baseball Looking for Strong Season
The Wayzata baseball should field an experienced lineup this spring as they look to bounce back from a subpar season last year.
The Trojans return 12 players, including several key starters, from a team had some ups and downs and finished 10-13 in 2022.
A deep and talented pitching staff will lead the way for Wayzata.
They also have a couple of players from the school’s state class AAAA championship boys basketball team.
The Trojans are scheduled to start the season with three games next week, but the early schedule for Wayzata and all area teams is in doubt with all of the snow remaining on the ground.
