Twelve Local Boys and Girls 5AAA Cross Country Runners Qualify for State Meet
No local teams qualified for the state cross country meet in Section 5AAA, but twelve total individual runners (seven boys and five girls) will be representing their schools next week in the Class AAA state meet.
On the boys side, Gannon Farrens of Maple Grove, Zakariya Mohamed of Champlin Park, Blake Frazer of Champlin Park, Quinlan Rundquist of Osseo, Caleb Osterberg of Champlin Park, Blake Beaver of Park Center, and Will Maher of Champlin Park will all be running at state.
On the girls side, Abby Hibbs of Champlin Park, and April Watson, Kelsey Young, Dakota Laux, and Kelsey Olson, all of Maple Grove, will also be running at the state meet November 2nd.
