Top Six Finishes for Wayzata Boys, Girls at Griak
The Wayzata boys finished third and the Trojans’ girls team sixth in their Gold Division races at the 35th annual Roy Griak Invitational Meet at the University of Minnesota.
The top local boys finisher was Alden Keller of Breck who placed seventh overall. Nick Cichoski was the top Wayzata boys’ runner coming in 36th place. Teegan Anderson finished 29th for the Wayzata girls.
Sam Scott of Minneapolis Southwest and Ali Weimer from St. Michael-Albertville in the Gold Division races.
Saturday at the Milaca Mega Meet Noah Breker of Armstrong won the Division 1 boys’ race while Sydney Drevlow of Hopkins won the Division 1 girls’ race.
