Top-Ranked Wayzata Volleyball Sweeps Chaska
The top-ranked Wayzata volleyball team swept seventh ranked Chaska in a good volleyball matchup Monday night at Wayzata High School.
The Trojans pulled out a 25-22 win in the first set after trailing 15-11 midway through the set.
Wayzata pulled away to take set two 25-17.
Chaska had the lead late into the third set before the Trojans closed strong to win 25-23 to earn the sweep.
Sierra Moore had 20 kills and Katy Riviere 11 to lead Wayzata.
The Trojans are now 2-0 this season.
