Theo John Transfers to Duke
2017 Champlin Park High School graduate Theo John will play one more season of college basketball.
John, who graduates this month from Marquette University with a degree in communications studies, entered the NCAA transfer portal in early April and is headed to Duke University.
Chris Carrawell coached John for one year at Marquette and is now on the Duke staff.
John started 87 games in his career at Marquette and leaves the program second in career blocks.
He will enroll in a one-year graduate program at Duke, possibly in business management.
