Terry Tuma Fishing Tip: Weed Walleyes
In this week’s CCX fishing tip Hall of Fame angler Terry Tuma talks about fishing for walleyes in the weeds.
Walleyes often like weeds because of a cooler water temperature, ample food sources and often less fishing and boating pressure.
Terry suggests using a small jig topped with either a leech or a small night crawler and raise and lower your rod tip in the weeds.
You can also try a bobber system or troll with live bait rigs for these fish.
