Sydney Hilley Set for Senior Year at Wisconsin
All-American setter Sydney Hilley is looking forward to her senior year of volleyball at the University of Wisconsin.
The 2017 Champlin Park High School graduate is coming off a great junior season, both personally and for the Badgers program.
Hilley was named Big Ten Setter of the Year and first team All-American as the Badgers won the Big Ten and advanced all the way to the national championship match which they lost to Stanford.
The team has started weight training, in small groups, in Madison as they prepare for the 2020 season. The Big Ten announced last week that non-conference competition in all sports has been canceled for the fall.
Hilley is also a two-time Academic all-Big Ten student-athlete with majors in genetics and genomics.
