Section 5AA Boys Swimming & Diving Highlights
The Section 5AA boys swimming and diving championship meet featured some strong local performances.
Wayzata dominated as a team, easily beating our second place Spring Lake Park.
The Trojans won all but two events.
Casey Stowe and Matt Gendreau of Wayzata each won two events.
Stowe set section records in the 200 I.M. and 100 backstroke.
The state meet is this week at the University of Minnesota’s Jane Freeman Aquatic Center.
