Rebels’ Loven Fires No-Hitter
Max Loven pitched a no-hitter as Champlin Park edged Irondale 1-0 in the Section 5AAAA baseball first round.
The Rebels scored the lone run of the game on a ground ball in the third inning.
That was enough for Love, who struck out ten Knights batters.
Champlin Park, the third seed in the section, faces Mounds View Wednesday.
