Prep Football Playoffs Set
The prep football playoffs are set, with several teams from the northwest suburbs earning top seeds.
In the largest class, AAAAAA, unbeaten Wayzata along with Champlin Park and Totino-Grace earned number one seeds.
Armstrong is 8-0 and the Falcons are the top seed in Section 6AAAAA.
Benilde-St. Margaret’s is also undefeated and they are the top seed for Section 5AAAA.
Breck earned a number one seed in Section 4AAA.
Play starts Tuesday October 22 for some local teams.
The class AAAAAA teams start Friday October 25, with the exception of Champlin Park, which has a bye.
