The Park Center softball team has a new head coach as they prepare for the season.
Curt Cardinal takes over the Pirates this spring.
The longtime Brooklyn Park resident has most recently coached at Holy Angels.
The Pirates are looking to rebuild this spring.
They do have two good pitching options and are working on becoming a sound defensive squad.
