Park Center Girls Basketball Shooting to Stay on Top
The Park Center girls basketball team has a lot of new faces in the varsity lineup this season.
The Pirates are still looking for a strong season after winning the Section 5AAAA title last season.
Three senior guards graduated and a couple of other key players from last season transferred, but they still have good talent.
Senior Adalia McKenzie is one of the state’s top players.
She is headed to the University of Illinois on a basketball scholarship.
Park Center is 1-1 after beating Coon Rapids and losing to Elk River to start this season.
They face Osseo Friday night.
