Park Center Girls Basketball Loses Home Opener to Rogers
The Park Center girls basketball team lost its home opener 86-57 to Rogers Tuesday night.
The Royals pulled away late in the first half to take a 50-32 halftime lead then extended their lead in the second half.
Ellie Buzzelle scored 24 points to lead the Royals (2-1) in scoring while Clara Glad added 16.
Helen Ben scored 14 points for Park Center (2-3).
The Pirates host Andover Friday night while the Royals play at Coon Rapids.
