Park Center Boys Basketball Excels in College Placements
The Park Center boys basketball program is on a good roll, and they’re also succeeding in getting players to college.
All six of the seniors who graduated in 2020 will be playing college basketball at some level.
The Pirates were 23-5 in the 2019-2020 season before the COVID-19 pandemic forced the abrupt shutdown of the season.
They placed third in the state Class AAAA tournament in 2018-2019.
For head coach James Ware and his staff, going six for six in college placements might be the most important stat of all.
