Osseo Football Eliminated by Edina
The Osseo football team was eliminated from the Class 6A section playoffs Tuesday, shut out by Edina 28-0.
George Sandven threw three touchdown passes, two to Kalid Ahmed, and Sawyer Anderson rushed for 133 yards and a TD for the Hornets (2-5).
Edina scored a touchdown in each quarter.
The Hornets are scheduled to play at unbeaten Lakeville South on Saturday.
The Orioles (3-4) finished the season with four straight losses.
