Osseo Basketball Star Josh Ola-Joseph Chooses Minnesota

Osseo basketball star Josh Ola-Joseph made his college choice public: play for the University of Minnesota.

Ola-Joseph is the third player from the Twin Cities and second from District 279 from the class of 2022 to commit to the Gophers.

The 6’6″ forward wasn’t well known on the national scene until recently but his stock is rising.

Ola-Joseph averaged 17 points, 6 rebounds and 3 blocks for Osseo last season as a junior.

However he is leaving Osseo to play at a prep school in California this coming season.

He joins Park Center guard Braeden Carrington as Gopher commits from the northwest suburbs.
