Northwest Suburban Conference Cross Country Highlights
Armstrong’s Caitlyn Osanai raced to the win in the girls varsity race at the Northwest Suburban Conference cross country meet Wednesday at Elk River Golf Club.
Osanai’s winning time was 18:29.5
Centennial rolled to the girls team title, with Maple Grove second and Armstrong third.
April Watson of Maple Grove was second behind Osanai, with Abby Hibbs of Champlin Park (6th), Avery Cuper of Armstrong (9th) and Jules Davis of Osseo (1oth) also cracking the top ten.
River Santiago of Blaine won the boys race, and helped the Bengals edge Andover for the team title.
Cade Sanvik of Osseo placed second. His teammate Quinlan Rundquist placed fifth, one spot behind Matthew Lindgren of Totino-Grace.
