Maple Grove Volleyball Excited for 2024 Season
Maple Grove volleyball has never won a section title in program history, but the Crimson are optimistic heading into the 2024 season.
Last fall Maple Grove finished with a 21-10 record and are returning several key players.
Riley Orrock and Ginny Schuler are senior captions for the Crimson. McKinley Hardle, Kacie Schulte, and Neysa Allen all are promising underclassmen that will lead a Maple Grove team that has a lot of depth.
Section 5AAAA has been dominated by Wayzata and Champlin Park in the last decade, but after the Trojans lost a lot of seniors to graduation and the Rebels are still finding their way, for the first time in a long time the section title may be up for grabs.
