Maple Grove Edges Osseo 59-58 in Boys Basketball
The Maple Grove boys basketball team scored a big win Friday night, beating rival Osseo 59-58.
The Orioles led a low-scoring first half 20-15 before the Crimson rallied in the second half, leading by as many as 10 points.
Henry Stang led the Crimson in scoring with 20 points while Gannon McGuire added 17 and Keegan Harney 15.
De’Mari Larkins of Osseo led all scorers with 30 points while Jaymeson Travis netted 12 points for the Orioles.
The loss drops the top ten-ranked Orioles to 12-4 on the season while the Crimson are now 8-6.
