Maple Grove Boys Lacrosse Shoots for the Top

The Maple Grove boys lacrosse team has high hopes this season.

They return a good group from a team that was 14-2 last season, winning the Northwest Suburban Conference before losing a close game to power Benilde-St. Margaret’s in the Section 5 final.

53-goal scorer Ricky Peterson and 30-goal scorer Landon Bakke lead the offensive returners for the Crimson.

Maple Grove opens the season Monday against Osseo-Park Center before meeting Armstrong Wednesday in a game you can see live on CCX Sports.
