Maple Grove Boys Lacrosse Scores Win Over ERZ

Tyler Steinkopf scored three goals and Rory Scanlon two as the Maple Grove boys lacrosse team beat Elk River/Zimmerman 8-5 Wednesday.

Tanner Brendon netted a goal and three assists and Crimson goalie Hale Farniok contributed 10 saves in the win.

Maple Grove is now 5-0 overall and in Northwest Suburban Conference games, one-half game ahead of Armstrong in the NWSC.

The Crimson host Spring Lake Park/Coon Rapids Monday in their next game.
