Lake Conference Track and Field Highlights

Track and field athletes gathered at Hopkins High School for the Lake Conference championship meet Tuesday.

Wayzata won the boys team title. The Trojans’ girls team placed second behind Minnetonka.

Winners for Wayzata: the girls 4 x 200 and 4 x 800 relays; Kamron Williams in the boys 100; Michael Allen in the boys 100 and 3200 wheelchair races and the wheelchair shot put; Tyler Milkes in the boys 200; Macalister Hedtke in the boys 200 wheelchair and boys discus wheelchair; Hayes McMillan in the boys 800; Madelyn Gullickson in the girls 800; Katie Kelzenberg in the girls shot put and discus; Emmanuel Wilson in the boys shot put; and Kailee Kohrt in the girls triple jump.
