Hopkins Boys Tennis Edges Providence Academy
In an incredibly tight non-conference match in boys tennis, Hopkins edged Providence Academy Monday 4-3.
The Royals won three of the four singles matches and the first doubles match to edge the Lions. All but one of the matches saw the teams split sets and required tiebreakers to decide the winner.
Hopkins is now 2-1 early this season, while Providence is 0-2.
