Cooper Softball Team Falls to Kennedy
The Cooper softball team fell to Bloomington Kennedy 6-2 in New Hope.
Kennedy pitcher Courtney Kopischke slugged a grand slam to highlight a five-run second inning.
Kopischke pitched five innings, allowing one run and striking out eleven.
Cooper pitcher Laura Beaner struck out ten Kennedy batters, and went 4-for-4 as a hitter.
