Champlin Park Boys Basketball Falls to Southwest Christian
The Champlin Park boys basketball team lost its regular season finale, falling 69-61 to visiting Southwest Christian Thursday.
The Stars, who are ranked tenth in class AA, led for most of the night but never by more than nine points.
Jack Burke had 26 to lead Southwest Christian, with Jameson McCarthy adding 14 and Adam Dye 13.
Gavin Walter had 22 for Champlin Park, followed by Moussa Dukuly with 18.
The Rebels finish the regular season with a 12-14 mark, with the Section 5AAAA tournament ahead.
