CCX Sports Spotlight: Jordan McClom & Rashad Sherwood, Armstrong FB
The CCX Sports Spotlight this week shines on Armstrong football defensive backs Rashad Sherwood and Jordan McClom.
Senior cornerback Sherwood is one of a handful of returning starters from last season’s outstanding Armstrong team.
Junior free safety McClom is new to the program after attending Maranatha Christian Academy and playing for their co-op with Providence Academy.
Both players have made big impacts on the Falcons’ strong season.
Each has three interceptions heading into Wednesday’s game against Coon Rapids, and McClom has returned two kickoffs for touchdowns.
