CCX Sports Spotlight: Josiah Paige, Armstrong Football
In this week’s CCX Sports Spotlight, Chaz Mootz profiles Armstrong’s Josiah Paige, who not only is the starting right tackle on the Falcons’ football team but also a member of the Armstrong marching band, playing the tenor drum.
Paige is able to perform in the band either before or during halftime of the Armstrong football games, in large part due to the collaboration between Armstrong Football Head Coach Jack Negan and Armstrong Marching Band Director Colin Woelfle.
Josiah also competes on the Armstrong track and field team, throwing discus and shot put and boxes on the Armstrong club boxing team.
