Big Rally Carries Osseo Baseball Past Rogers
The Osseo baseball team trailed Rogers 6-0 after one half inning, but that early deficit didn’t doom Osseo to a third straight loss.
The Orioles chipped away after trailing 8-2 through two innings, scoring four runs in the fourth, one in the fifth and one in the sixth to send the game to extra innings tied 8-8.
The Orioles scored the winning run on an error in the bottom of the 8th to win 9-8.
Cole Johnson pitched 6 1/3 scoreless innings in relief for a well-earned win.
Osseo is now 1-2 while Rogers fell to 1-3.
