Benilde-St. Margaret’s Girls Basketball Loses at Chaska
In a match-up featuring the top two girls basketball teams in the Metro West Conference Chaska dominated Benilde-St. Margaret’s, winning 73-40.
The Hawks (10-1), ranked third in Class 4A, were led in scoring by Mallory Heyer and Kennedy Sanders. The two combined for 43 points in helping lead their team to sole possession of first place in the conference.
Zahara Bishop scored 15 points and Olivia Olson 14 for the Red Knights (8-4) who are ranked sixth in Class 3A.
The teams play again February 11th at B-SM.
