Armstrong Routs Coon Rapids in American Legion Baseball
The Armstrong American Legion baseball team routed Coon Rapids 12-2 in five innings Tuesday in a North Hennepin League game.
Chris Brey hit homeruns in each of his first two at-bats and drove in four runs to help get Armstrong out to an early lead.
Dylan Inniger pitched and earned the win. He also contributed a three-run double in a six-run fifth inning for Armstrong to seal the win.
Armstrong hosts Ham Lake Wednesday at 6:15 p.m.
