Armstrong Girls Ultimate Frisbee Wins Conference Title
The Armstrong AU Gold girls ultimate frisbee team beat Hopkins Friday to win the Northwest Metro Conference.
It;s the second championship in a row for Armstrong, and they’ve won three other tournaments this spring.
The state meet for ultimate, which is a club sport in local high schools, is June 1-2 at Blaine’s National Sports Center.
