Armstrong Girls Lacrosse Beats Wayzata to Stay Unbeaten
The Armstrong girls lacrosse team beat Wayzata 12-9 to stay unbeaten this season.
The Falcons played a strong first half to build a 6-2 halftime lead.
After the Trojans scored two quick goals to pull within 6-4 early in the second half, Armstrong scored the next five.
Wayzata closed strong with the last four goals but they couldn’t quite catch up.
Sydney Smith scored three goals for Armstrong.
Jenna Hamann had two goals and six assists for the Falcons.
Ava Score and Katie Sikorski each scored four times for the Trojans.
Armstrong is now 8-0. Wayzata dropped to 7-3.
