Armstrong Football Wins Second Straight to Start Season
The Armstrong football team defeated Irondale 37-19 for the Falcons’ second win of the season.
Quarterback Jamen Malone threw four touchdown passes, three to Peyton Newbern, in the win.
Malone threw for 311 yards and ran for 109 more and a touchdown.
The Falcons (2-0) totaled 447 yards of offense as they prepare to play rival Cooper (1-1) on Friday.
