Armstrong Cross Country Teams Sweep Rogers
The Armstrong girls and boys cross country teams each defeated Rogers in Northwest Suburban Conference dual meets Thursday.
The Falcons took the top four places on the way to an easy win on the boys side.
Sophomore Noah Breker beat teammate Dylan Bartness by two seconds to win individually.
Rogers senior Anna Eich won the girls race by 59 seconds, but Armstrong took the next three places on the way to a close win.
Freshman Caitlyn Osanai was Armstrong’s top finisher in second place.
Only dual meets and tri meets are allowed this season due to COVID-19 restrictions.
