Armstrong Boys Cross Country Running for Big Season
The Armstrong boys’ cross country team returns some talented runners for the 2022 season as the Falcons aim for their first state meet appearance since 2006.
Seniors Noah Breker (2nd) and Alex Omodt (10th) both finished in the top ten at last year’s state meet and are back, leading a faster and more experienced team.
Armstrong opens the season Thursday September 1st at the St. Olaf Cross Country Showcase in Northfield, on the same course that November’s state meet is run.
