Year in Review: How the Northwest Suburbs Fought COVID-19
A year ago, people who were most at risk were the first in line to get the COVID-19 vaccine. First responders and the elderly were the first to get vaccinated.

As the year progressed, the vaccine became more readily available and hospital systems suffering from staff burnout tried to attract and support workers.
