Two Arrested for Murder in Brooklyn Park Fatal Shooting
Brooklyn Park police arrested two suspects for probable cause murder after a man died of an apparent gunshot wound early Saturday morning.
Officers were called to the shooting just after 4:30 a.m. Saturday to a home in the 7900 block of Lee Avenue N., according to an initial police alert.
When officers arrived, they found the man and began performing life-saving measures. He was ultimately pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
Police arrested two suspects in connection to the shooting.
Jail records show a 20-year-old Brooklyn Park man and a 21-year-old Oakdale woman are being held for probable cause murder.
The identity of the man killed was not released as of Monday afternoon.
Brooklyn Park police detectives and Hennepin County crime scene investigators worked on the case.
