Rojo Mexican Grill, Athleta, and More Coming to Shoppes at Arbor Lakes
Rojo Mexican Grill plans to open a new location at the Shoppes in Arbor Lakes in the spring of 2023.
There’s already a Rojo Mexican Grill at the Shops at West End in St. Louis Park. The restaurant will be in the former Patrick’s Bakery and Cafe location.
The athleisure store Athleta is expected to open before the end of 2022. The store will be located behind Ulta and next to Face Foundrie.

“Finally, athleisure is coming to The Shoppes, a retail category we have been missing for too long. I’m confident that our customers have been anxiously waiting for this brand to join our shopping center community,” said Michael Landstad with The Shoppes in a release.
Finally, a Minnesota-based gift shop called Six For Good opened in June next to Bath and Body Works and Pottery Barn. The shop will have gifts and decor from Essence One, Baubles and Bobbies, Hagen & Oats, Thumbs cookies, Urban Undercover, and TowelTopper.
