Robbinsdale School Board Announces Interim Superintendent Dr. Stephanie Burrage

Robbinsdale Area Schools announced that Dr. Stephanie Burrage will become interim superintendent. The board passed a resolution to appoint Burrage on Monday night.

Dr. Carlton Jenkins will leave the district at the end of the month to start a new job as superintendent of the Madison Metropolitan School District in Madison, Wis.

Burrage has been assistant superintendent since 2017.

Burrage will serve in an interim position for up to a year, or until the board hires a full-time superintendent. She will begin her duties Tuesday, Aug. 4. The superintendent search will take place in the upcoming school year.
